About the Role
LogicMark is looking for an experienced individual to own the paid media and affiliate channels. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, display, CTV, and affiliate. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage large budgets, negotiate media buys, analyze performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to meet client goals. The Senior Digital Media Buyer will work closely with the design team, and external vendors to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient advertising that drives ROI.

Location:  Remote - Candidate must perform job functions within the United States

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the SVP of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media buying strategies that align with company KPIs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, account management) to design cross-channel campaigns.
    • Perform competitive analysis and audience research to inform targeting strategies.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Lead the purchasing and negotiation of digital ad placements across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and Amazon.
    • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and tracking in platforms like Google Tag Manager.
    • Oversee the launch and optimization of campaigns, ensuring pacing and performance targets are met.
  • Optimization & Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze performance data, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, creative, and ad placements to maximize performance.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • A/B testing of ads to improve conversion rate, increase customer value, and drive down customer acquisition cost.
    • A/B testing of landing pages to improve conversion rate, increase customer value, and drive down customer acquisition cost.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and technology partners.
    • Negotiate rates, terms, and placements with media partners to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure that campaigns deliver within cost parameters while achieving the best possible ROI.
    • Track and reconcile media spend to ensure it aligns with allocated budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
    • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon
    • Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking methodologies, and pixel/tag implementation.
  • Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of digital media trends, targeting capabilities, and performance metrics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
    • Proficiency in using media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to clients and internal teams.
    • Strong copy writing skills for direct response marketing, particularly in relation to Google Ads, Microsoft ads and Facebook ads.
    • Split testing ads and landing pages for increased conversion rate and customer value.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with programmatic media buying platforms.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and data-driven targeting strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital platforms.
