About the Role

LogicMark is currently seeking a Warehouse Logistics Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing logistics operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, product staging, and materials handling. This position is full-time hourly, non-exempt, scheduled to work Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with a paid 15-minute break period in the morning, a 30-minute unpaid lunch period, and a paid 15-minute break period in the afternoon. Paid, on-the-job training is provided and good attendance is rewarded. Position is eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k with company match, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance as well as company paid holidays and paid time off.
Location: The position will be based at our warehouse facility in Louisville, KY.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound materials and verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
  • Organize, label, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Assemble and kit products per customer specifications, ensuring accurate parts and configurations.
  • Coordinate daily shipping schedules and logistics via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
  • Operate branding and pad printing equipment to prepare finished goods for customer delivery.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and quality checks to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist in logistics planning, returns processing, and general support of warehouse operations.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1 year of logistics, warehousing, or distribution experience preferred
  • Forklift Certification within 30 days of start date (requires current, valid driver’s license)
  • Comfortable repeatedly lifting 3 to 5 lb. packages and occasionally lifting 25–30 lb. packages unassisted
  • Must be able to read, speak, write and comprehend English for safety reasons
  • Able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours per day
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone and printer
  • Must be able to pass a background check
