About the Role
The LogicMark Marketing department is searching for a designer with experience in B2B and/or B2G. You will produce assets such as sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, direct mailers, ads, website, print and trade show collateral. This is a quick-paced working environment.

The candidate will be able to:

Communicate clearly and meet scheduled timelines for deliverables 
  • Be versed in both print and digital media
  • Be comfortable with the appropriate Adobe programs at a high level
  • Be comfortable in a WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce environment
  • Know the production process required to be able to deliver assets (digital or print)
  • Follow creative briefs and direction to spec

This position will primarily support Sales and other company departments with print collateral and digital assets as needed.

Location
The candidate must be physically located in the contiguous United States, with a strong preference for individuals residing in Los Angeles or Boston. The position is fully remote and involves some light travel. There may be one or two meetings/events a year that the whole Marketing team has to travel to attend. 

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Head of Creative, Marketing

Responsibilities:
  • Be an enforcer of brand guidelines across all channels
  • Design brochures, ads, mailers, flyers, packaging, catalogs, presentations, sell sheets, guides, brand guidelines and forms for both print and digital distribution
  • Perform file production for designated media (print, web, projection, etc.) 
  • Design large-format graphics (booths, posters, display, etc.) and prep files per vendors' specifications
  • Design small-format graphics, (promotional products/swag, business cards, etc.) and prep files per vendors' specifications
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations for internal company use and Sales (external use)
  • Design assets to spec and optimize design and production for each channel, be it digital or print
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Manage your working schedule effectively
  • Attend meetings on time and contribute, particularly in Marketing dept. Meetings
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers, managers and vendors (email, Slack, etc.) 
  • Maintain accurate/up to date files of all produced project files on the Marketing cloud
  • Contribute to discussions about concepts and ideas and present recommendations 
  • Social media awareness and the ability to design for it
  • Maintain company issued hardware and perform routine software maintenance/updates, (the tech department will also advise)
  • Follow company policies

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Must have B2B and/or B2G experience, (sell sheets, magazine ads, PPT decks, tradeshow assets, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • 3+ years as a Graphic Artist/Designer; preferable in a corporate environment or with a creative agency and adhering to strong brand guidelines
  • Able to effectively communicate with individuals or the team about projects, ideas or issues in a clear manner
  • High-level proficiency in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must join scheduled online meetings on time and be an active participant
  • Extensive understanding of file production for offset printing, large-format graphics, digital file distribution, and online content.
  • Familiar with/understanding of social media best practices for ads (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Ability to execute creative briefs to the given specifications
  • Experience with copywriting, copy proofing and/or writing for SEO purposes is a bonus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Position will be performed remotely
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English fluently
  • Must be able to attend all scheduled meetings on time 
      • There may be times when a meeting is scheduled early or late. LogicMark is a fully remote company and associates live in various timezones
      • Some video meetings require video to be on, audio and mute as deemed appropriate
  • The environment is quick-paced and sometimes requires quick shifting of focus without neglecting other time-sensitive projects
